Lochcarron

Lochcarron of Scotland is the worlds leading manufacturer of tartan, using cloths and products made in Scotland to produce tartan for consumers and international fashion houses.

Working with Digital Six I created a clean and modern e-commerce site design for Lochcarron. We kept the colours and fonts simple, using mostly white sprinkled with some brand colours to allow the tartan fabrics and patterns to stand out and not be overpowering. Layered blocks were used for content and headers to reflect the idea of weaving and the tartan patterns. A tartan finder was created to allow for customised products too.
